Vinification

Manual Harvest during the first hours of the day into 12kg boxes. After triage and selection, the grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation and further staging during 10 months in inox with fine grounds.

Tasting Notes

The first edition of Convento do Paraíso rosé is a single variety Touriga Nacional with palid rose colour, elegant and fresh nose with fresh red fruits and floral notes. Of fine cutout on the mouth, the harmony between body and fruity acidity grants this rosé much elegance that finishes long and dry.
