Vinification

Manual Harvest during the first hours of the day into 12kg boxes. After triage and selection, the grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation and further staging during 10 months in inox with fine grounds.

Tasting Notes

Lightly salmon coloured, exuberant aroma of red fruits and violet notes. It shows a very fine to the palate, a fruity rose, with a balanced acidity and good gastronomic capacity.
