Manual Harvest during the first hours of the day into 12kg boxes. After triage and selection, the grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation and further staging during 10 months in inox with fine grounds.
Tasting Notes
The Convento do Paraíso Branco 2022 edition reveals a very typical aroma from the variety, with notes of tropical fruit and white pulp and some floral notes.
