Vinification
Manual Harvest during the first hours of the day into 12kg boxes and carefully selected at the choosing table. The fermentation occurred in inox vats with a controlled temperature with many reassemblies during the process. Partial staging for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
The 2018 edition of Euphoria red consists of a blend of Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and a little bit of Cabernet Sauvignon, it presents a deep red colour, red and black fruits are expressed on the aroma. Good structure and volume on the mouth, but spiced at the same time, with a ripe tannin and a long finish.
