Vinification
The grapes were hand harvested at dawn into 12Kg boxes. After rigorous sorting and selection the grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. Fermented in stain- less steel vat at low temperature.
Tasting Notes
Salmon in colour, the Euphoria rosé 2021 presents itself very expressive on the nose, with floral and fresh red fruits notes coming through. On the mouth it is very tuned, fruity, with balanced acidity and good gastronomical aptitude.
