Vinification

Manual Harvest during the first hours of the day into 12kg boxes. After triage and selection, the grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation and further staging during 10 months in inox with fine grounds.

Tasting Notes

Salmon in colour, the Euphoria Rose 2022 presents itself very expressive on the nose, with floral and fresh red fruits notes coming through. On the mouth it is very tuned, fruity, with balanced acidity and good gastronomi- cal aptitude.
