Vinification
Manual harvest in the early hours of the day for 12Kg boxes. After selection and sorting, the grapes were stalked and gently pressed. Fermentation and subsequent aging for 10 months in stainless steel with fine grounds.
Tasting Notes
The 2022 edition of Euphoria white present a very good aromatic intensi- ty on the nose, white pulp fruit, some citrus and floral. On the mouth, the fruity profile is kept, with good acidity balancing the good volume.
