Vinification

Manual Harvest during the first hours of the day into 12kg boxes and carefully selected at the choosing table. The fermentation occurred in inox vats with a controlled temperature with many reassemblies during the process. Partial staging in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

The 2018 edition of Imprevisto Unexpected 2018 red exhibits an intense shiny ruby colour. On the nose the profile is of the young wine, very aromatic, with essentially cherry and red fruit aromas. On the mouth it is soft and fruity, with soft and balanced tannins.
