Manual Harvest during the first hours of the day into 12kg boxes. After selecting, the grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. Low temperature fermentation
in an inox vat.
Tasting Notes
The 2020 edition of Imprevisto Unexpected white is fresh on the nose, with good aromatic intensity where white pulp fruits dominate. On the mouth, it is a dry wine with good structure, fresh and balanced with the fruit being very present.
